About the Role
We are hiring a Salesloft and SFDC Admin to own the end-to-end outbound data pipeline for its Business Development team. The goal is to offload operational tasks from BDRs so they can focus on prospecting calls and meetings.
 
Must Have Qualifications
2+ years of Proficiency with Salesloft (Required)
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (contact/account management, list views, reports)
Experience working with ZoomInfo or similar
Strong understanding of outbound sales operations, lead lifecycle, and CRM data architecture
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume data loading with attention to accuracy and deduplication
Familiarity with suppression/exclusion list management and compliance best practices
Nice to Have Qualifications
Experience with Nooks or similar parallel dialing tools
Familiarity with Salesforce automation (flows, validation rules, duplicate rules)
Background supporting BDR/SDR teams in a SaaS or B2B technology environment
Experience with data enrichment workflows and prospect scoring methodologies
Salesforce Administrator certification
Additional Requirements
Manage Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and SFDC as part of the Sales Ops function daily.
Owner of the end-to-end outbound data pipeline for the Business Development team
Delivering approximately 2,500 new qualified prospects per week loaded into persona-specific campaigns
Maintenance of CRM data hygiene and Salesloft+Nooks workflow management
Monitoring list quality metrics and flagging diminishing returns on sourced segments
