Requirements
We're looking for Salesforce specialists who can deliver complex projects from strategy, design and configuration through to integration, testing and deployment; all while working alongside both our clients and other delivery disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Have experience across the Digital Marketing domain and have deep understanding of the Salesforce Cloud solutions.
You'll be responsible for prototyping, configuration, testing and training working alongside our technical architects and platform specialists.
Assist on the design, implementation of technology and creative business solutions for iconic brands
Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors
Collaborate with digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing, Sales & Service Cloud platforms plus knowledge of the wider cloud ecosystem.
Experience building Campaigns, Journeys, Automations and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with the wider Salesforce stack besides Sales & Service Cloud, e.g. Heroku and others is an advantage.
Any experience with Interaction Studio is a big plus.
Hands-on consulting and/or marketing experience is a plus.
Experience working with project management tools like Jira in client-facing roles is an advantage (e.g. functional analyst, business analyst, project manager, etc)
Experience with project management and delivery in agile or waterfall environments
Any Salesforce Certification(s) are a bonus, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Bachelor's degree in a marketing or digital discipline or equivalent
