The Role
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will handle the day-to-day transactions on UITFs / DIMAs and other Branch Servicing requirements and assists the Institutional Sales Officers with their accounts as well as the Retail Investment Sales Officers with their Trust related accounts.
How you'll contribute
Assists both the Institutional Sales Officers and Retail Investment Sales Officers with their day to day transactions to ensure that accounts are booked on time with the proper documentation
Handles basic client queries/complaints in the absence of the Institutional Sales Officer or Retail Sales Officer to ensure that all issues are dealt with right away
Updates TAMG presentation materials weighted returns, standard deck, RFPS, proposals, and pipeline
Ensures that the clients receive their daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly or annual requirements (such as daily NAVPUs, Monthly SOAs) on time
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or Banking, or any related field
Knowledgeable in financial instruments, proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
Must be able to communicate and coordinate effectively with different units
Must be pleasant, persuasive, and articulate
