Receive and process all communication channels e.g. email, telephone, sms and others
Render administrative services from office set-up, administration forms, office procedures and others
Manage and maintain office supplies
Record and manage petty cash flow, budget & expenses and other finance records
Maintain and manage company calendar and schedule of appointments
Attend group meetings, record and disseminate information via MOM.
Assist and support sales and marketing teams in terms of supplier communications, cost calculations, technical coordination up to actual preparation of quotations and business proposals.
Record and manage masterfile of suppliers, customers, quotations, and others.
An Associate's degree in a related field, such as office administration, may be preferred
Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
1-2 years of relevant experience
Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Notable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can follow
Strong communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients
Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team
