Job Description
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Establish rapport with clients, visitors, and people going in and out of the department daily.
Handle clients of Brokers/Agents or direct customers.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Accommodate inquiries and guide prospective clients to available units and direct them to the proper personnel to address needs and concerns.
Communicate to clients in person, over the telephone, and/or in writing the unit inquiries, size and layout of rooms, available facilities, location, services available, and terms of payment.
Accompany clients during site visits, advising them on the suitability and value of the Projects they are visiting
Assists in the execution of model tours by major clients.
Maintains professional relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Must be enthusiastic, resourceful, goal-oriented, and high degree of self-motivation
Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance, demeanor, discretion, and attitude.
