SALES / SALES ENGINEER
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Technical Sales Support
Understand and demonstrate the technical aspects of the company's products or services to clients.
Assist the sales team in presenting product solutions that meet customer needs.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.
2. Customer Consultation and Solution Design
Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Collaborate with clients to identify technical requirements and challenges.
Provide guidance on product selection, installation, and usage.
3. Sales Process Management
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Support the sales team in negotiating technical aspects of contracts.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
4. Product Knowledge and Development
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies.
Provide feedback to product development teams on customer requirements and potential improvements.
5. Training and Support
Train clients on product usage and best practices.
Offer technical support for troubleshooting and problem-solving post-sale.
6. Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with marketing, engineering, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote products.
7. Performance Targets
Achieve sales targets in collaboration with the sales team.
Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent.
With or without licensed
Previous experience in sales, business development, or sales engineering in any industry.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of products and industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
