We are looking for Finance Staff who will contribute to the overall financial health of the organization by supporting various financial processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate and up-to-date ledgers.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
Ensure proper cash management such as cash handling, issuing invoices, control to cheque, receipt books, etc.
Receive, verify and reconcile actual expenditures in comparison to annual/ monthly budget, cash books, bank transactions and monthly statements from customers and clients
Prepare monthly statements by collecting data, analyzing and investigating variances, summarizing data, information and trends
Initiate monthly analysis to company's profit and loss, cash flow statements, company's assets, processing fees, and budget management
Work collaboratively with other departments to gather and provide financial information
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferably in Financial Management, Management Accounting or Accountancy or with equivalent experience
With experience in finance, accounting, or a related role is a plus
Knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis and Macroeconomics
Proficiency in general office practices and usage of Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and communication skills
