SALES AND MARKETING STAFF
Duties:
Answering queries and concerns through email, social media and telephone.
Email blasting, text brigade, chat group updates.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the business, the product, and its services so as to effectively assist customers and provide complete and accurate information regarding any query.
Respond to phone or online requests & inquires from agents and potential buyers for information about the company, product, services and on-going offers and promotions.
Conducting PKS.
Handling client's complaint mistakes committed during Reservation.
Preparing and sending letters for delayed accounts.
Qualifications:
A graduate of any Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related course.
Good communication and Interpersonal skills
Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
