Entertain calls customers and acts on their inquiries
writes down the order on memo order
Follow up on orders, checks schedule and delivery report.
Consolidates all orders and prepares customer order masterlist for all grades of tissues
Reviews Accounts Receivable report. Call customers attention on overdue accounts. Makes a follow up on collection for due accounts.
Monitors prices of competitors finished products in the trade.
Collects payments from the customers
Regularly makes customers visits
Review customer order masterlist and selects which orders are to be scheduled for production
Penetrate/Open new accounts
Coordinate with the sales manager and sales coordinator/liaison Officer regarding the schedule, quality and costs.
Prepares daily activity report
Attend and participate in weekly Managers report.
Background in selling activities specially in Chemical Industry
At least 1-2 yrs experience in selling
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Graduate of any four year course
Computer literate familiar with the ins and outs of Metro Manila
