Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate data/reports for the client's Ecommerce business.
Taking Inbound Calls and outbound calls
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
Answer questions about the products.
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
Qualifications:
Proven Experience in Outbound Sales
Excellent Communication Skills
Willing to work onsite
At least one year experience in the BPO industry
