Job Summary: Rapidly growing marketing agency is currently looking for a seasoned sales professional. This person needs to be experienced in conversational phone sales with American/Canadian prospects. Looking for someone who can establish a strong rapport quickly and begin building our relationship with new potential clients from the very first call. Working closely with our CEO, our new sales will be in charge of managing the entire front end of our sales process.
Job Qualifications:
• Exceptional people skills, energy, and spoken English a must.
• Experience in high ticket business to business sales and /or digital marketing a plus.
• Must be extremely organized and able to operate with minimal supervision. Detail oriented by nature, we can't have things being forgotten, missed, or messed up. Tiny details can have a major impact.
• This candidate will be responsible for discovery calls that take place before prospects are handed off to the closer.
• This person will be responsible for gathering data about the prospect, establishing rapport with them, evaluating fit, and creating a hand off document for the closer based on your findings.
• This person will work closely with our lead gen team to provide feedback that allows us to optimize our outreach. Must be able to work on night shift.
• Willing to train the right person extensively, as we are looking for someone to grow into our rapidly expanding team.
• 2-5 years sales experience a plus but not mandatory
