About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing Direct Response Growth Digital Marketing agency and is currently looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to assist them in the day-to-day needs.
About the Role:
Research, build, qualify, and develop the database with names or prospects to generate new business for the company
Conduct sales lead generation and pipeline development through cold calling, warm calling, and other applicable strategies as discussed with the Director
Qualify marketing leads
Conduct follow up calls/emails
Set up further calls as needed, which includes setting appointments with the Director or other person/specialist within the company
Manage all leads efficiently within their CRM
Identify prospective customers using established lead methodologies for new business
Develop and maintain business relationships
Make presentations to decision-makers to establish and/or maintain communication (attend zoom meetings)
Exceed sales goals and continuously strive to improve the process and develop more leads and clients
Prepare and manage reports as needed
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
With a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the full sales cycle and/or marketing with a capacity to do outbound calls
Highly effective communication skills - verbal and written
Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills
Passionate about sales and is self-motivated and driven
Willingness to learn and the initiative to continuously improve
Resilient and takes rejections well or as a form of challenge to do better
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment
Analytical skills to understand complex details
Fast learner with the ability to learn technical skills or jargons applicable to the online marketing and SEO services
Highly organized and pays careful attention to detail
Independent, self-sufficient, and highly resourceful
Values integrity and reliability
Has a good initiative to keep the client abreast at all times
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 4
Language(s): English
