Generate, prospect, and qualify new sales leads
Create a database of clients and maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company services
Schedule meetings and presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Develop strong, professional relationships with prospects and customers
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Help in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual sales.
Understanding and promoting company services
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Maintaining client records.
Answering client questions about products/services, prices, and availability.
Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and new services.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
Prepares marketing collaterals contents together with the Copywriter
Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns about the brand.
Manages ALL social media platforms of the brand, answering of inquiries and comments, posting of contents, and monitoring on all platforms.
Increasing product sales and market share.
Measuring and reporting on campaign performance
Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials, digital contents, mail campaigns, etc.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, economics, or related field.
At least 1 year experience in sales.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
Highly self-motivated and can perform under minimum supervision.
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment. Can handle pressure.
