Job Description
Identify potential leads, gather applicable contact information for them and ultimately qualify them
Generate email and LinkedIn campaigns targeting schools and school districts in the US initially (this
region and market segment may change over time)
Cold/Warm call leads and qualify for either our Sales team or to close on your own
Assist clients in account creation, setup and ongoing management
Write help articles for the Lifetick Knowledge Base
Assist in the setup of Agile CRM and its ongoing management and improvement including marketing
email automation
Report to management weekly on performance against KPIs
Required skills:
Exceptional spoken and written English
Ability to source quality leads
Email campaign creation
Marketing Automation
Exceptional phone manner
Strong Tele-sales skills
Customer Service
Google Meet, Drive, Docs and Sheets proficiency
Competence with CRMs
Desirable: Experience with AgileCRM
Weekly activities:
1. Identifying new leads
2. Sending out marketing campaigns
3. Conducting sales calls
4. Setting appointments for sales team
5. Providing Customer Service to corporate/school accounts as required
6. Writing content for the Lifetick Knowledge Centre
7. Configuring Agil eCRM system
8. Weekly reporting against KPIs
Note: The balance of the above activities will be agreed each week in accordance with current need
Working hours
12am-9am Manila Time (2am-11am Brisbane Time) Mondays to Fridays
