Prospecting new business through heavy telephone sales to warm leads.
Diligently handle incoming calls by understanding the customer's needs, overcoming objections, handling rejection in stride, and ultimately closing the sale.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships and deliver a great user experience.
Ensure internal CRM and other systems are up to date and accurate.
Work with either the Australian time zone or USA time zone as part of an international and collaborative team.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3 years of phone-based sales experience (preferably in BFSI) selling to SMEs based in the US and/or Australia.
Experience in selling software, credit, or SaaS solutions to SMBs with a history of outperforming targets.
Sales skills and experience with value generation, consultative selling, and exposure to being measured on Voice of Customer and Average Handling Time.
Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
Must be willing to work on Australian or US-based time zones.
Must be willing to work on a Hybrid Set up (3x Onsite; 2 days Remote).
