RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate impactful pipeline through cold calling and lead qualification from Marketing
programs and promotions
• Pro-actively all Partners to promote promotions and incentives
• Direct pre-qualified leads to specific Sales / Channel Teams when the customer or partner is named and ensure follow-up
• Assist Distribution with quotes for distribution-managed partners
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Capture all activities and customer interactions in our account management system
• Assist with Partner Portal queries
• Assist with ad hoc partner and distributor inquiries.
• Document management - Tender Letter request from System / Promotion program / Product Brochure
• Follow up on the Distribution/Reseller support ticket
• Checking Distribution/Reseller Certification in System
• Support the Channel team to host partner training and partner marketing event
• Execute planned partner marketing event to get leads and pipeline
• Leverage Commercial team and distribution to enable selected tier 2 partners
• Support SMB sales team to drive Run rate/Speedboat (XDR) business and forecast thru
distribution
• Support the Commercial team to conduct small group events by industry/region
Summary of role requirements:
Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays
2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Work visa can be provided for this role
