Urgent Hiring for SDRs (Home-Based | Full-time)
SalezGen is a Filipino-owned B2B lead generation agency with a mission to help international B2B companies grow while providing Filipino sales talents with a more rewarding and profitable home-based career, and we're looking for new experienced SDRs to join our team.
Basic Requirements:
Desktop/Laptop (Minimum i3 or equivalent specs)
DSL internet connection at least 5Mbps
Must have own working station at home free from any background noises
Headset w/ mic and noise cancellation feature
Minimum 6 months solid appointment setting or telemarketing or SDR experience
Background in B2B Lead Generation particularly direct emails and outbound marketing.
Familiarity with Google applications, prospecting tools, online CRMs and marketing software
Must be fluent in English with perfect grammar
Must have good work ethics
Can provide at least 2 valid character and professional references
Available to work full-time, graveyard shifts or shifting schedules, and can do OTs when necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct daily or regular prospecting for client campaign
Send highly personalized email, LinkedIn, and contact forms outreach messages as well as do soft telemarketing (5% to 10% calls)
Manage client CRM & Pipeline
Nurture cool, warm, and hot leads by sending value-leading materials thru emails
Send daily and monthly reports to Team Lead and client
Collaborate with the team during campaign optimizations and to share best practices
Compensation & Perks:
Starting pay is ₱20k/month turning 25k/month after 3 months with more rooms for growth
Opportunity to be promoted as Team Lead/Ops Manager/Company Sales Manager.
Once pandemic settles down, we will do once/twice a year out of town travel (expenses shouldered by SalezGen) and monthly meet-ups & hang-outs.
