Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
Compensation: USD $1500 - $2000 (Salary based on assessment)

Our platform makes connecting with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across the ecosystem a seamless process.
Job Summary:
We are presently in search of a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for account-based cold email prospecting, designing targeted outbound email campaigns, and coordinating senior-level meetings with Account Executives. The ideal candidate should bring at least 3 years of specialized sales experience in healthcare software or medical devices, with adeptness in Apollo or similar sales tools and a strong background in prospecting for U.S.-based medical and pharmaceutical companies.
Responsibilities:
Systematically identify, engage, and initiate contact with potential clients through account-based cold email prospecting.
Design and execute targeted outbound email campaigns to nurture leads and build engagement.
Proactively arrange and schedule senior-level meetings with Account Executives, with the goal of consistently increasing the number of successfully booked appointments.
Maintain a well-organized CRM by accurately tracking leads and updating deals. Ensure data integrity and that all records are up-to-date.
Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring long-term engagement and fostering client loyalty.
Requirements:
Must-haves:
At least 3 years of specialized sales experience in the healthcare software or medical device industries.
Recent and direct experience in prospecting to US-based businesses in the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors.
Proficiency in using Apollo or similar sales tools.
Demonstrated expertise in account-based email prospecting.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
A willingness and availability to operate within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) timezone is highly preferred.
