Job OverviewWe're looking for a sharp, crypto-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to supercharge lead generation and fuel business growth in the fast-moving world of digital assets.In this high-impact role, you'll be the first point of contact for some of the most influential figures in crypto - from KOLs and active traders to emerging voices in DeFi.Your mission: research, identify, and engage with qualified leads across multiple channels, then set the stage for our Business Development team to close deals. If you're hungry to make your mark and thrive in a results-driven environment, this is your opportunity to get in early and grow fast with a boutique crypto brokerage that values relationships over hype.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research crypto influencers, power traders, and niche Web3 communitiesConduct high-volume outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platformsQualify leads and book meetings for the Business Development and Brokerage teamMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and lead management toolsCollaborate closely with brokers and internal teams to refine outreach strategies and messagingConsistently hit (and aim to exceed) weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach and qualified meetingsRequirementsQualifications / Requirements1-2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development (crypto/Web3 experience highly preferred)Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, DeFi, NFTs, and trading ecosystemsProven ability to manage high-volume outreach across multiple platforms (Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor outreach to different audiencesTech-savvy with experience using CRMs, lead management, and productivity toolsGoal-oriented, competitive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environmentSelf-motivated with strong research and prospecting skillsAbility to build genuine relationships in a community-driven spaceBenefitsWhy Join Us?
