SALES ASSOCIATE
 
The Sales Associate's primary role is to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, comprehensive product knowledge, and efficient sales techniques. He or she is primarily in charge of executing the sales process from customer interaction to finalizing transactions while maintaining accurate records and reporting. This includes showroom management, market opportunities scanning, and leading overall field sales activities to expand the store's reach and customer base.

Sales Execution and Initiation
Greets all customers promptly and courteously upon entry into the store.
Start conversations to understand customer needs and preferences, offering assistance and product recommendations.
Provides information about ongoing promotions, discounts, and new products to stimulate interest.
Showcases key features and benefits of products, demonstrating functionalities to enhance understanding.
Actively engages with customers to collect contact information for follow-up purposes and encourage loyalty program sign-ups.
Identifies potential sales opportunities through customer interactions and use persuasive techniques to encourage purchases.
 
Lead Management Sales
Responds promptly and courteously to all inquiries, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
Log all inquiries and follow up with customers who have expressed interest in products or services, prioritizing follow-up based on urgency.
Keeps track of all leads in the sales process, implementing strategies to move them efficiently from initial contact to purchase.
Addresses customer concerns and objections through effective communication and problem-solving.
Use persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales.
 
IBP Program Execution
Attracts new customers and Independent Business Partners (IBPs) to expand the store's market reach through the Usapang Asenso.
Supports IBP sales activities and participate in outdoor marketing campaigns.
Develop long-term relationships with customers and IBPs to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty, including reactivating qualified old IBPs and recruiting new ones.
Records all hot, warm, and cold inquiries gathered in the branch or during outdoor activities in the journal.
Log all inquiries and IBP applications in the journal, consistently following up through phone calls.
 
Inventory Monitoring
Monitors and maintains accurate inventory of sales and marketing materials and help ensure the availability of specific motorcycle models, tools, and parts.
Replenishes brochures/leaflets as needed.
Assists with receiving and stocking new inventory related to sales and marketing.
Report any out-of-stock items to the store supervisor.
 
Documentation and Records Keeping
Does basic documentation and data processing tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records with guidance.
Maintains accurate records of all interactions with leads, including communication history, preferences, and purchase intent.
Generates regular reports on sales pipeline performance, including metrics such as conversion rates, lead velocity, and sales cycle duration.
 
Effective Collaboration
Reaches out to the right process owners to clarify understanding of a process or make a request.
Assists with merchandising and visual displays including maintaining a neat and organized sales floor.
Coordinates with Operations, trade Marketing, and IBP on sales and marketing initiatives and execution.
 
Customer Relations
Handles routine inquiries, provides basic information, and assists customers and stakeholders with common concerns.
Handles customer inquiries and replies professionally and efficiently.
Handles customer complaints and seek assistance and guidance from Store Supervisor or Area Manager.
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate
With active Driver's License (motorcycle)
With at least 6 months Sales Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques
