Job Description:
As the Junior Sales Associate for Wealthrive and Freedom Family Office, you will play a key role in growing our client base and deepening client relationships. You will work closely with our consulting, investments, and client C investor experience teams to identify new opportunities, engage potential clients, and support the sales process from lead generation to closing. Your proactive approach, strong communication skills, and ability to foster meaningful client connections will drive growth and enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation s Prospecting: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, leveraging various channels such as online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
· Client Engagement s Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects, conduct follow-ups, and schedule meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
· Sales Support s Coordination: Assist in the preparation and delivery of impactful sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to ensure client needs are met.
· Collaboration s Project Management: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services, aligning with client expectations and timelines.
· Administrative Support: Manage schedules, appointments, and events for the sales team, ensuring efficient coordination and communication.
· Process Improvement s Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes and client communication, fostering efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
· At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development, ideally within consulting or financial services.
· Must have excellent command of the English language, with neutral or American accent.
· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a remote and flexible work structure.
· Availability to work from the Cebu office and/or from home with reliable high-speed internet and cellular access.
