About the job
Purpose of the Job:
This role will supports the sales department or a project team in its activities and is in charge of some of the department activities. The position holder will ensure the coordination and the circulation of information, provides support to the team members.
Main responsibilities:
Works closely with sales leadership in general medicines
Coordinates with internal and external customers concern with specific issues.
Performs full secretarial functions, in addition-performs administrative responsibilities within the function.
Screens and distributes all incoming phone calls, mails and fax documents for direct superior or to concerned personnel.
Files documents.
Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings and conferences.
Organizes and maintains files of superior's correspondences, records, following up on pending matters.
Liaises and coordinates as assigned with concerned parties, internally and externally, on the matters related to the pharmaceutical business.
Provides administrative support services, and handles administrative duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Prepares special reports, gathering and summarized data.
Organizes and expedites flow of work through superior's office. Initiates follow-up action.
About you
Experience: Must have relevant experience in administration support
Soft skills: Must be organized, has good time management and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Technical skills: Knowledgeable in MS applications
Education: College degree, preferably in a business-related course.
Languages: English and Filipino
