Source out new clients and prospects for the company including introduction of the company's capabilities and project experiences to prospective clients
Establishes, maintains and improves relationship with customers and prospects
Demonstrates how the company can help customers in meeting their facilities requirements and in solving their EPC problems
Keeps informed of business development activity and strategies of competition, including pricing trends and policies
Executes business development action plans and strategies for specific business opportunities
Prepares pre-qualification document and follow-up accreditation status
Reviews ITB documents regarding about commercial issue, articles of agreement, scope of insurance, taxes, indemnity and liability.
Must be graduates of any Engineering, Business or Marketing related course
Five (5) years minimum experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development gained in an Engineering, Construction industry
With excellent communication skills,
Presentation and negotiation skills
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Construction 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
