Qualifications:
· With at least 1-year of experience in sales and marketing
· Graduate of BSBA Marketing or any related course
· Preferably a Christian and willing to work for a ministry
Skills and Abilities:
· Has excellent English communication and Numerical skills
· Ability to develop and execute a marketing plan
· Knowledgeable in managing social media accounts is a plus
· Highly adaptable and with good collaboration skills
· Organized and detail-oriented
· Analytical and can do good research
Job Description:
From the Demand-side, he/she will handle end-to-end sales. This means from cold calls to the closing of a sale. These are companies who are Employers and are using 3rd party recruitment and placement agencies for the hiring of their workers.
From the Supply-side, he/she will approach and handle the institutions that produce graduates like TechVoc schools, colleges, or universities.
