About the role:
This role will be based in our Philippines Office and primary role will be to:
Overall training and management of sales teams. Help the sales team develop the relevant skills and practices for achieving sales success by conducting regular performance reviews of sales teams.
Building a long-term relationship with customers.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Managing organizational sales, revenue and expense controls.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Drive the revenue-generation system of the company by consistently meeting sales targets.
Stay abreast of trends in the market industry while exploring opportunities and streaming sales processes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
3+ years of marketing experience with company background desirable
Proven expertise in planning and implementing sales strategies
Experience in customer relationship management
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Deep digital understanding
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Understanding of development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology
