The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining client accounts for WGC. The Sales Account Executive's responsibilities include liaising between the WGC team and the client, ensuring customers are satisfied and understanding the goals of the client.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing strategic sales plan
Managing client accounts
Acting as the point of contact for clients
Identifying potential new clients
Identifying and implementing best practices
Organizing meeting with clients about their needs
Monitoring and reporting on sales performance
Handling budget and client invoices
Suggesting innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients' experience
Accomplishes and reports clients' sales weekly
Coordination with operations, marketing and R&D team
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive in Food and Beverage industry
Extensive customer service experience
Ability to increase customer engagement
Knowledgeable in MS Office and G Suite
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Analytical and time management skills
