ZigZag is looking for a Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our team!

Responsiblities:
You will work as a part of our product team to deliver features written in Ruby
Coordinate with BA, UX, Design, and QA to deliver user stories
Take ownership of a user story from requirements till delivery
Working in a high-performance team environment
Experience in code reviews/pull requests
Good knowledge of clean architecture and best engineering practices
Required Qualifications:
Worked on multiple projects as Ruby on Rails Software Engineer
Must have worked on large enterprise projects in big teams
Strong Ruby on Rails experience (3 years min)
Agile experience is essential
TDD methodology
Used practices and design patterns
Experience in a production development environment
Excellent communication skills
Worked on personal projects in your spare time
Ideally a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a concentration in Computer Engineering, Computer
Science or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications:
Rails containerisation (Docker)
AWS/Heroku Compute Technologies
Experience with TDD
Experience performance optimising code for high volume traffic
Previous experience with high volume applications
