Job Purpose:
Support Citi's online ticketing and event management systems for the governance of ticketing and meeting & event spend throughout APAC.
Support Post Event Reconciliation Program
Event expense payment processing
Key Responsibilities:
Citi Tickets - Citi's Online Ticketing Management System
Assist to support the requests through the online ticketing system for CEATS throughout Asia Pacific (18 countries)
Prepare reports and metrics for CEATS as required
Citi Events - Citi's Online Event Management System
Support the online event registration system and approval flow for all events across Asia Pacific accordance with Citi Expense Management Policy
Provide Event Registration support through the Citi Events online system and communicate correct process/ policy to business users across Asia Pacific (servicing 18 countries)
Data Integrity and Quality Control - ensuring that all data in Citi Events is complete, correct and updated. Liaising with both GEM planners and other Event organizers regularly for accurate data
Citi Events APAC "help desk" for any issues
Support Post Event Reconciliation Program
Support the Post Event Reconciliation Program across Asia Pacific in accordance with Citi Expense Management Policy
Provide guidance and liaise with Citi users on the Reconciliation Program requirement to ensure Data Integrity and Quality Control.
Track and oversee the progress and ensure post event reconciliation files are closed in a timely manner.
Finance & Payment Support
Invoice and expense processing for the department - ensuring that we operate in accordance with Citi Expense Management Policy and fulfil the audit requirement
Vendor registration and purchase requisition processing in compliance with Citi Procurement policies
Liaise with Payment team on payment processing and enquiries
Development Value:
Job-holder will have the responsibility to own projects and manage the Citi Events & Citi Tickets systems
A broad mix of users throughout APAC, gives this person an opportunity to communicate throughout Citi businesses and countries

Qualification and Experience:
A minimum of 3+ years experience in a business environment working in finance, operations or administration role
Preferably work experience within a multinational organization working with colleagues throughout Asia Pacific
Systems and data knowledge. Accounting knowledge/ experience beneficial
University degree or equivalent
Skills and Competencies:
Highly Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Languages (Fluent in English)
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Enthusiastic team player, willing to work with colleagues towards a common goal.
Self-motivation, enthusiasm, commitment and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail / focus on data accuracy
Shows initiative and proactive approach and able to make decisions
Strong organisational skills, able to manage time effectively and multi task.
Multitasking essential. Able to prioritise and work on several projects simultaneously
Shows willingness to undertake extra responsibilities
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work on own and execute projects with limited supervision
May be required to work outside and beyond regular schedule due to deadlines
