Why this role exists
The main objective of this role is to gather, track, analyze, and report retention data to execute actions to improve Assistant retention metrics. This includes having experience in analyzing retention metrics to understand trends to create actions to build on retention metrics. This role will also develop and execute initiatives that incentivize and prevent churn through data analysis and personal reach outs.
What are your responsibilities:
Define, track, and analyze retention metrics
Create projections as needed for retention data
Understand the top reasons for churns
Analyze and execute on current trends and improve assistant retention
Work with the team and other departments to execute actions to improve assistant retention
Gather more data through personal reach outs via phone calls and email
Innovate the relationship between Magic and the assistants
Must have a deep understanding of what makes our assistants retain and drive initiatives to increase retention
100% accurate and up to date tracking of our assistant retention metrics
80% of assistants are still working with their clients after 3 months
Create initiatives to improve retention based on trends and assistance feedback
Requirements
Experience required - must have experience in working with retention data
Strong emphasis on data gathering, analysis and reporting
Works well with numerical data
