JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Research and Development Specialist focuses on product research and process development, improvement of new and bestselling products for its assigned category.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The position will be responsible in leading innovation projects related to quality consistency and process and cost improvement of assigned products. Leads in the development and improvement of assigned product category. Coordinates with and assists other R&D Specialists to ensure required parameters of assigned product category and process development and improvement projects, including reformulation and re-engineering are met. Recommends and implements the review/study of food manufacturing equipment, process improvements or alternative raw materials for upgrading or updating for commercialization. THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF YOU:
Are a Graduate of BS Food Technology
Have at least 1 years of experience in Recipe Development preferably in baking and pastry making OR, Meat and Saucelines
Have at least 1 year of experience as Research and Development in the baked food manufacturing industry.
Willing to work in both Sucat Paranaque and Mabalacat Pampanga
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of BS Food and Technology Course
With experience as a R&D Specialist/Associate
Handled Sauce, Meat and Bakery lines
