Schedule: Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST or 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST, with 30-minute unpaid lunch break (Saturdays optional but encouraged)

Qualifications:
Excellent English proficiency
Strong work ethic and self-discipline 
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills 
High emotional intelligence and professionalism on the phone 
Coachable and eager to learn new systems and techniques 
Resilient under pressure; can handle rejection and stay consistent 
Confident, driven, and goal-oriented personality 
Must have reliable internet and a quiet workspace (remote position) 
Must have a camera
Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred but not required 
Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with inbound and outbound leads 
Qualify prospects based on interest, need, and readiness to buy 
Schedule and confirm appointments for the closing team 
Maintain accurate records in CRM after every interaction 
Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects 
Apply our proven sales frameworks and training to grow into a closing position 
Clear growth path from Appointment Setter → Closer → Lead Closer 
Work collaboratively with leadership and other team members to improve conversion rates 
Proven systems and scripts to help you succeed
