URGENT HIRING
Office/Location: Parañaque
Responsibilities:
Develop corporate talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Develop a recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagement.
Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Assist in employee retention and development
Qualifications:
BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Relevant Field
At least 5 years of total experience in recruitment
At least 5 years of total experience in a management role
Knowledgeable in US/PH Recruiting system and/or Healthcare industry is strongly preferred
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, must have the ability to influence without authority.
Experience in managing team globally is a strong plus
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Confidentiality maintenance
Special working conditions:
Working hours: Philippine time 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM (Night shift), Mon - Fri (WEEKENDS OFF)
Willing to Work in Sucat, Paranaque
