Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Clerk to join our team. As a Recruitment Clerk, you will be working closely with the HR Head, playing a pivotal role in coordinating and executing various aspects of the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and post-boarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Actively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, industry networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
2. Hiring and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and priorities.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job offer to acceptance.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
3. Establishing a Solid Network:
- Develop and nurture relationships with industrial partners, institutions, and relevant networks to create a robust talent pipeline.
- Actively participate in industry events, activities, and social media groups to stay connected with potential candidates and industry trends.
4. Job Posting and Marketing
- Utilize various online platforms, social media portals, and industry groups to effectively market job opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with current recruitment trends and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
