Overview:
Responsible for overseeing daily operations and leading a team of employees to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the establishment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of customer service, maximizing sales and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of self-driven members to achieve sales targets
Monitor sales and stock levels and coordinate replenishment schedules
Monitor and analyze sales results and report findings to
Serve as ambassador of the brand, collect information/ feedback through customer interactions and report to head office
Requirements
At least graduate with a college degree
Strong communication and leadership skills
Possesses a hunger for success and strong motivation to achieve committed targets
Knowledge with using MS tools specifically Word and Excel
Supervisory experience in a leading Food industry is essential
Willing to work in Cebu
