Is currently looking for:
 
SUPERVISOR (to be trained initially in Cebu and assigned in MOA Manila)
 
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, preferably in a fast-paced or casual dining environment.
Skills:
Leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to motivate and train staff to meet service standards.
Consistent attendance and punctuality.
Knowledge of inventory management and cost control practices.
Familiarity with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) like sales targets, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, POS systems).
Additional Requirements:
Willing to undergo training in Cebu.
Willing to relocate or work in MOA Manila.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
