JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist in the formulation of a strategic plan for the recruitment and research function.
To determine the detailed per corporate requirement, role deliverables, profile, and qualifications.
Conduct the necessary candidate sourcing activities including but not limited to the use of the Client's talent databank, online advertisements, online forum, and field recruitment.
Conduct screening methods prior to candidate endorsement including paper screen, initial phone interview, face-to-face interviews, and administration of testing materials.
Coordinate interview schedules between Hiring Managers and candidates.
Manage candidates/applicants' expectations prior to endorsement.
Administer and Facilitate Job Offer to Candidates.
Facilitate Pre-employment requirements.
To conduct candidate character reference checks when necessary.
Prepare and/or maintain client applicant database.
Continuous pooling of candidates and building talent pipeline
To attend recruitment fairs to increase the pool of candidates in the database.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any 4- year course
Must have at least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
Must have strong sourcing background and good communication skills
