Qualifications:
 
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
At least two years experience in handling end to end Talent Acquisition Programs preferably in the same industry.
Hands-on experience with job sites like Jobstreet and Indeed and other sourcing sites
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github and Stack Overflow.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Strong interpersonal skills, engaging, confident and extroverted personality
Experience in leveraging social media platforms as hiring and talent management as hiring tool is an advantage
