iEminence Consulting Services Inc. is looking for Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities:
Identify, attract, and engage top technical talent through variety of sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
Gather and evaluate applications to shortlist candidates
Conduct in-depth assessments of candidates, evaluating their technical skills, leadership abilities, cultural fit, and long-term success potential
Create and sustain a network of entry to senior-level professionals through proactive sourcing and industry networking
Work closely with hiring managers, executives, and stakeholders to understand their unique technical requirements, strategic goals, and leadership requirements
Keep up to date on industry trends, market insights, and emerging talent pools that are relevant to senior leadership recruitment
Qualifications:
Degree in industrial and organizational psychology, human resource management, or similar
Prove track record in technical and corporate recruitment from Entry to C-level positions (2-3 years)
Strong knowledge and understanding of leadership competencies
Ability to understand departmental functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, Digital Marketing, BPO, Healthcare and Technology domains to assess technical expertise
Tech savvy
Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex and challenging recruitment scenarios
Expertise in different sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and utilizing professional networks
Experience in using digital marketing strategies for candidate attraction is an advantage
Candidate must be willing to work on-site
Can work immediately or join this month of July
