Job Description
HRPC is growing and we are looking for more Recruitment Specialists! 
HRPC is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to acquire new international talent for our rapidly expanding GCC healthcare clientele. We are seeking a highly specialized and talented recruitment professional who can keep pace with current growth and create new opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven record of being able to build candidate pools.

Key Recruiter responsibilities:
• Utilize advanced networking and social media skills to source passive candidates 
• Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally 
• Screen potential healthcare applicants using industry-standard techniques 
• Serve as an applicant advocate for new hires
 
Recruiter qualifications and skills:
• 2+ years’ nurse recruiting experience for GCC employer
• 2+ years of nursing experience as LPN or RN an asset 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Ability to work independently - self motivated! 
• Effective negotiating skills 
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
