Job Description
Our Member Company is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing team. The Company works in the eCommerce space and is a well known brand in the eCommerce industry. The position is 100% Remote.
 
Recruiter Responsibilities
Must be able to recruit candidates who possess company values
Build and maintain a talent pool database through research, relationship management and interviews
Ability to screen, interview and present a candidate slate 
Work within the applicant tracking system
Can work flexible hours (8 hours minimum) depending on interview schedule from: Mon-Fri 3am-2pm Philippine Time
Recruiter Qualifications 
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or the equivalent work experience
3-4+ years Recruiting experience 
Excellent time management skills
BPO Recruiting experience required
Intermediate to advanced computer skills including ATS systems
Align with the company's core values to ensure a world-class customer experience
 
Computer & Internet Requirements:
5MBS Plan or Higher (Must be DSL or Fiber)
Desktop or Laptop 4th Generation or Higher, i3 with a minimum of 4MB of Ram
Headset with Noise Cancelling Microphone
Webcam with a minimum of 720p Resolution.
