Account POC of 1 or 2 LOBs
Handles facilitation of mock calls or role plays regardless of the account.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Conduct phone screen and remote interviews with applicants and validate the information by facilitating reference checks with previous employers.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Completes administrative work at the end of shift. Update all trackers including applicant tracking system.
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences or strong end-to-end recruitment background, required
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Recruitment and at least 2 years as a Specialist.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Intermediate proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point, Etc.) Experience with HR/Recruitment systems is an advantage.
Candidate should demonstrate keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate integrity, passion and flexibility towards continual improvement and dynamic changes present in the workplace.
Must be willing to work on weekends if needed and extend working hours.
