In this role, you will work tightly with the firm's managers, to deliver top-quality Recruitment experiences to our professional candidates and customers. Supporting the implementation of full recruitment and sales processes to fill role vacancies, while supporting the delivery and coordination of outstanding hiring numbers and to provide excellent administrative support to ensure targets are met.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the recruitment team to productively support and coordinate all Business Professional recruitment related activities and Sales activities with a focus on hiring diverse talent and attracting costumers
Ensuring that recruitment campaigns are proactively monitored during the advertising period, working closely with the Recruitment team to act where applications received are few or of poor quality
Arranging interviews, liaising with line managers and candidates; booking rooms, preparing interview schedules and issuing supporting paperwork and documentation
Under the guidance of the Managers, execute and support, as required, on agreed vacancies to ensure continued effective management of volumes, with a focus on outstanding client and candidate experience
Partner with and ensure effective collaboration and communication with the Recruitment and Sales team, to drive best-in-class recruitment and functional cohesiveness
Working with Managers to agree hiring processes and interview panel/s, in line with best practices
Work seamlessly with the team to ensure interviews are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner and hiring managers are regularly updated on vacancy status
Collect, track and maintain movement of applications in existing tracking system
Adhere to all workforce planning and hiring approvals/budgeting processes
Ensure coordination with the team across all service level requests to ensure support is seamless and provides top-quality experience
Work with the Managers and Team to continuously improve and implement effective recruitment processes to ensure best practices are implemented and followed
Support Managers to deliver timely and accurate reporting of all related recruitment activities to Executives
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience
Good communication skills; both written and verbal
Must have a pleasing personality and the right attitude
Can demonstrate good customer service
Must have demonstrated the ability to handle Telemarketing but is also process-driven on the back end
