Candidate Coordination Global Screener - Global Recruiting Operations
Corporate Human Resources at JPMorgan Chase plays an integral role in designing, implementing, and managing global initiatives across the firm. The functional areas within Corporate HR include global Recruiting, Training, Talent and Development, Career Management, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance and HR Service Delivery. Our Human Resource professionals within these areas are among the most talented and innovative in the industry. We take a proactive approach to identifying and proposing solutions to organizational challenges while working alongside business managers to attract, manage and retain high-potential talent. The global experienced Recruiting function is comprised of 700 individuals responsible for finding the best talent to fill over 75,000 positions annually for more than 45,000 hiring managers achieve their business goals. To do this, the function interacts with millions of candidates to help them navigate the process in order to find their next career opportunity. The function is embarking on an aggressive transformation strategy focused on people, process and technology over the next 12-24 months to gain efficiencies and increase productivity with an outcome of better results for the business, the function and candidates.
As part of the transformation, a Global Recruiting Infrastructure and Operations function is being built to drive consistency and deliver efficiencies through shared services, consistent metrics and technology driven solutions to improve the functions' ability to support the hiring needs of the business.
The Global Screener will support high volume in North America recruiting within various lines of business of the Recruiting team. As a Screener, the primary responsibility includes partnering with the Recruiters to review candidates to determine if they meet the minimum qualifications for the position that the candidate has applied for. In addition, the incumbent must use sound judgment to maintain a stable and resilient operations environment by ensuring a solid focus around risks and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an excellent client and customer experience for the candidates and recruiters.
Ensure proper administration of candidate assessments, candidate movement and candidate dispositioning through the screening process.
Ensure candidates have completed applications before moving to an applicant status and if not, send correspondence to have application completed.
Take necessary steps to ensure that the due diligence is complete for both external and internal candidates.
Partner with recruiters to determine weekly screening priorities/initiatives.
Make or check offers as well as other recruitment administrator tasks
Partner with other Screeners to ensure candidates are not being contacted for multiple openings of same position type.
Maintain a stable and resilient operations environment by ensuring a solid focus around risks and controls.

Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, handle sensitive/confidential information and manage multiple priorities.
Must be able make decisions based upon a set of established criteria and/or set of rules/exceptions.
Exceptional written communication skills are required.
Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change while meeting multiple deadlines and priorities.
Excellent customer service, organization and follow through skills with a focus on risk and controls.
Ability to raise issues, process improvement items with recommendations for potential solutions.
Experience in a high volume, production type of environment is preferred.
Experience in financial services, consulting or consumer driven industries, specifically payments industry, are strongly preferred.
Familiar with recruiting compliance requirements to minimize risk to the organization is preferred.
Have 0-3 years of work experience preferably in recruitment or operations environment
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Primary working hours are in night shift and are flexible with schedule based on business needs
