Rate: $4.50/hr and earn 43,000 PHP +/month
Schedule: 
Monday - Friday or Tuesday- Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Qualifications:
 
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of 3+ years of experience sourcing and engaging high quality clinical candidates
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field OR - 3 years' experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition in a staffing agency or corporate environment
2 years' experience in clinical sourcing
In-depth knowledge of Enterprise recruiting tools like Indeed for Employers and LinkedIn
 
Responsibilities
Creatively source candidates for high volume positions
Work with other recruiters on the team to deliver on hiring goals
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand Scale's needs, then devise and execute on the recruiting strategy needed to deliver on them
Follow processes that will evolve over time as the company grows
You will play a crucial part in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, etc)
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates for open positions, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Conduct thorough research to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for technical roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the HRIS system
Deliver a pre-determined number of passive and active candidates on a weekly basis
Participate in intake meetings with recruiters to understand the business and specific capabilities we are looking to hire
Conduct research and come up with new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
Sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research
