Job Description:
As a Quality specialist, you will review the completed work of the different units (locally or domestically) against certain policies and procedures. This role requires a high-level and detailed understanding of workflows within OEO and how these workflows are processed within each respective department. The Quality specialist must be capable of identifying defects in quality and recording these in a clear and concise manner. The Quality team is instrumental in raising quality issues or procedure gaps and is able to analyze root-causes of problems when necessary.
Core Competencies:
Knowledge of processes (DQM, PCR, CFL-Validation, Mass Tran Support, AAS) and systems within OEO
Knowledge of control and quality issues
Ability to follow complex methods and procedures in diverse routine and non-routine tasks.
Must exhibit keen attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
Good time management skills
Analytical with ability to quickly assess situations and resolve complex issues
