Review customer and provider interactions (chat, email, phone) for tone, accuracy, and compliance.
Audit tickets for SOP adherence and policy accuracy.
Identify trends, root causes, and performance improvement opportunities.
Deliver structured QA feedback to agents and leads.
Partner with Enablement and CentralOps on training and process optimization.
Support compliance with GDPR, CCPA, PCI, and internal data protection policies.
Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring and judgment.
Produce QA reports and drive data-informed improvements.
QualificationsRequired:
2+ years of experience in QA, audit, or quality control within Customer Support or Community Operations.
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data-driven insights.
Excellent communication skills - clear, constructive, and professional.
Proficiency with QA or ticketing tools (Zendesk QA, MaestroQA, Playvox, Salesforce Service Cloud).
Detail-oriented with a high standard for fairness and accuracy.
Preferred:
Experience in logistics, marketplace, or gig-economy operations.
Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, or PCI compliance frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
