We are looking for a Culinary-trained Quality Control Chef whose main role is to protect the brand at the pass.
This is the chef who:
Stands at pass
Checks every plate
Controls flow
Approves before it leaves
QUALIFICATIONS
Culinary graduate or with formal kitchen training
Experience in high-volume kitchen preferred
Strong attention to detail
Calm under pressure
Respected presence in the kitchen
Not ego-driven --- excellence over creativity
