Description:
The Local Operations Quality Assurance & Project Training Coordinator, through adherence to processes and procedure, provides quality & training support to projects from the planning phase to project completion, respecting the contractual obligations arising from partnership agreements and ensuring that the services delivered meets both customer requirements and Conectys standards.
Requirements:
· University graduates or undergoing graduation;
o expertise for using the Windows operating system and related applications: MS Office package;
Internet use (navigate on the Internet, searching the information, search engine, email, using an e-mail address, sending and receiving emails, inserting a signature, filter usage, password change);
· Previous Customer Service / Customer Support practice - minimum 1 year of previous practice;
· Minimum: 1 year practice in coordinating quality & training teams/processes in a BPO environment;
· Optimum: 6 months practice in coordinating quality & training teams/processes in a CM environment
· Methodological expertise specific to pedagogy (presentation and rhetoric);
· practice in, training, and development of training materials - minimum 1 year of previous practice;
income: ?25000 - ?35000
