WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Animal Science, Meat Science, Biology or related field; or comparable years' experience, preferred
At least 1-3 years experience as Quality Assurance or Compliance in a Food Manufacturing industry.
Thorough knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and industry standard cleaning procedures; knowledge of HACCP, Food Microbiology, Humane Handling SOPs, SPC, Quality Assurance, Chemical Safety, MSDS, 5S, RCA, NMIS/FDA and Food Safety, SSOPs, allergens and pest control programs required.
Area of assignment in Maguikay, Mandaue City.
Can start immediately.
