Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
Must have 3-5 years of experience in the same industry
Must be a license broker or licensed salesperson
Proven track of successful sales record
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledgeable in the real estate industry and its practice
Duties and Responsibilities 
Market, promote, sell property listings of the company, its partners, and accredited developers
Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques
Solicit potential clients to buy, sell, and rent properties
Advise clients on prices, mortgages, market conditions, and related information
Provide details regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
Coordinate and help buyers to visit and view the properties
Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
Prepare documents, such as contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and others
Must remain knowledgeable and updated about the market and best practices
